  • Opened Products: Exchange or store credit within 30 days of delivery (credit to be used within 12 months)
  • Defective Products: Replacement within 1 year warranty period

  • Expedited shipping available for $18 on top of any original shipping cost
  • Discreet packaging available for $8 on top of product/shipping costs - Plain, unmarked boxes with neutral return address
  • Processing time: 1-2 business days
  • Delivery time: 7-14 business days internationally

Returns process:

  1. Contact us within return window via email
  2. Receive approval and return instructions
  3. Ship back unopened items in original packaging for full refund
  4. Opened items eligible for store credit
  5. Processing: Refunds/credits processed within 20 business days of receipt
