• Unopened Products: If you change your mind and the product packaging is completely unopened and sealed, contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to initiate an exchange or return.

• Opened Products: If you open the product, try it, and find that it doesn't align with your body or comfort, we do not want you to go through the hassle of mailing an intimate health item back to us. Simply contact us at support@blyssvibe.com within 14 days, tell us your experience, and we will issue you a 100% store credit or exchange without requiring a return.

Note: For health, hygiene, and sanitary reasons, intimate devices and lubricants cannot be physically returned or restocking-accepted once unsealed.
